3. Appointments and Payments
- Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or via WhatsApp.
- A consultation fee may apply and is non-refundable if cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
- Vaccination and medication costs are separate and will be explained during your visit.
- Full payment is required at the time of your appointment, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance.
- No refund is given for missed appointments or late cancellations.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. staff illness, vaccine supply issues).
5. Medical Disclaimer
